Ms Infra engineers, endeavors to achieve “ZERO re portable injuries” at each site.

1. At Ms Infra engineers, paramount importance is given to safety at every juncture, every step of the way. The company advocates efforts to achieve ‘ZERO re portable injuries’ at each work front.
2. The company has undertaken several initiatives over the years to improve safety performance, including mandatory induction and training programmers, tool box talks, demonstration of usages of personal protective equipment etc.
3. Besides these initiatives, Ms Infra engineers, has undertaken the Proactive Safety Observation Programmer (PSOP) which has brought about a paradigm shift in the way safety is observed at all project sites. The PSOP programmer analyses the causes of possible accidents, near-misses, unsafe conditions & unsafe acts. Each of these causes is systematically reported and preemptive actions are taken to mitigate the chances of an accident.
4. Going one step further, the company has added a new dimension to its safety programmer by introducing the Behavior-based Safety Programmer. Behavior-based Safety (BBS) emphasizes that employees need to take ownership of their own behavior. If they behave in an unsafe manner,displayed as learning they are repeatedly made to correct themselves. Both safe and unsafe behaviors are recorded and opportunities. BBS emphasizes that unsafe conditions are created by unsafe behaviors.
